Another good reason to be making your own meals from healthy, fresh ingredients, then freezing portions for those times when you're too tired or too rushed to cook.

Also a good opportunity to eat mostly fresh salads or steamed veggies you buy from the grocery, food co-op or farm stand. Add beans for protein. Or sliced hard boiled eggs you can get fresh/free range. And perhaps a small amount of free-range beef or chicken to add as a condiment to all the veggies....
