pec workouts

Im just wondering if anyone here has had any luck increasing their bust size by working their pec muscles with wt lifting. I heard you can increase by one size, just wondering if anyone has had results.

Yes, but you have to work at it a lot, also I have been using different herbs that have really started to fill me out. You can do some research on these: saw palmetto,wild yam,fennel,fenugreek... daily massage of the breasts also help. Don't fall for the pre-assembled tablets, buy the herbs by themselves. Visualize as well. Good luck :)

The herbs need to be taken on a regular basis and you don't see results for a couple months. I have to work a lot today but tonight I will let you know the amounts that I am taking. You also won't notice the changes as well as other people since you see your body every day. My boyfriend is the one that noticed first. Even my friends ar enoticing that I am "filling out". Since being on PEERtrainer I have toned up a lot but my boobs are getting bigger. I started out a small A to the point that I would joke that I was a negative A. Now I need to buy a small b size to B to be comfortable. I am really starting to LOVE the tops with the built in bras that are a little lower cut, I have cleavage now!

Also, I haven't started lifting much weight yet, I use 5-10lb. hand weights to tone up. I have been doing push ups though...
