Even 20-somethings can no longer "eat like teenagers"...

...or so it seems!

I've started a group for the younger set who, even though we may have age on our side, don't enjoy those superfast metabolisms that supposedly go along with our age group!

We may not be settled down, have kids, or stopped partying on a daily basis, but we can still be responsible about our diet and exercise, right?

It's called Peertrainer Youngsters -- take a look!

I wish I was still 20 something.

When you get to be in your 40's your metabolism slows down even more. You all are great getting in good healthy habits now.

Sounds like fun...

I really like the idea behind your group. As a 24 year old who is 45 pounds overweight and could NEVER "eat like a teenager," I totally understand the sentiment. Good luck with your endeavor!

I still can't find this group. Would you link it?
Thanks

I know! I see 20 somethings with such a large belly now, even ones that appear skinny. It's crazy to see that people this age can't do anything they want. It's supposed to be your prime.
