Attention Coffee Drinkers

When I decided to focus on losing weight, I started with the little things. One of my biggest "little" thing was 2 cups of coffee every morning, sometimes 4 or 6 on Sat. and Sun. I don't care for artificial sweetners, so I cut my sugar and creamer in half when I fixed my coffee.

THE LOW DOWN:
When I started, I really did not care for the coffee, so I drank less than a cup/day. That lasted a few days, maybe a week, then I went back to 2 cups/day, but still w/ only half of "my usual" cream and sugar.
After a month of half "my usual", I put "my usual" amount of cream and sugar in (I guess old habit), and to my surprise, it was TOO SWEET. I tried to drink it, forcing myself as I did when I first made the cut, but I couldn't even finish half a cup.
I was shocked that I changed a 10 year habit, in one month. I just wanted to share this "little" success in hopes that it can help someone else.
