I'm feeling like I'm eating more on weekends...

and not enough during the week. I'll be in such a rush I'll have a non fat latte instead of a meal or large snack like a bagel with pb at 3:30 and call it dinner. Then I dine out and graze from Friday night until Sunday night and feel like my previously fit body gained everything back in 48 hours -- especially when I'm eating out and drinking at night. The other thing I notice is that I don't know where to grab quick food that doesn't feel like it's full of sugar or carbs. In an effort to lose weight, I've been avoiding muffins, nuts, and coffee drinks but don't know how to plan ahead very well. When I have more time I'll eat a big filling lunch like a turkey sandwhich or chicken breast or salmon with steamed veggies or salad and this fills me up and satisfies me more than animal crackers, coffee, dried fruit, wheat thins, deli slices, etc. -- healthy food that doesn't really help. Also, a year ago I had a very toned size 4 body that took all my time to maintain. Now I'm 15 lbs more because I don't spend three hours a day biking and working out. Anybody relate to the weekend binge delima or have any ideas for maintaining balence? I have too many goals too spend all my time and energy on exercise and vanity even though it felt wonderful to have a long hard work out every day followed by a protien smoothie.
