Plateau

I seem to be in a weight loss plateau at the moment. I've been looking at my log to see if I've been inadvertently eating a little more--this may be it, but it is very subtle if this is the case. I've only been doing PT for a couple of months, so anyone else familiar with plateaus? I assume I just have to hang in there an be patient. (Also, I exercise a lot so that hasn't changed...) Thanks for advice or war stories.
