Please Help Me Multi-task!

Let me preface by saying, I am not using an excuse. I'm trying to ELIMINATE an excuse for myself, by planning ahead.

I am a two-job-working-grad-student and this summer, I'm using my time to plan my meals, workout regularly and push myself. That said, I just made my schedule for the fall, and it appears that in order to get my classes and 1 job in, I will be busy/at work/class from 6am-6pm 5 nights a week, with three of those nights lasting until 8pm. I also work 1 day of the weekend for at least 5 hours. Now, when you start adding in time to eat, do the coursework assigned for classes, and life, I'm struggling to find some exercise time.

My thoughts are to sign up for 2 commitments per week (1 weekend, 1 week night) that force me to workout those two times, possibly coupled with mini-workouts other night (i.e., 10 min pilates, 25 min Jillian, etc).
I know there are others in this situation on PT.
Any thoughts/suggestions/plans that work for you? I do NOT want to let myself use this as an excuse, but I do want to be reasonable about getting it all done.
Thank you!!
