I don't get it
Please don't bash.....
I have been working out daily (25mins on treadmill and then 10mins in the sauna) for a week now. for the past 2 weeks I have cut out all fried food, fast food, and red meat from my diet. I have also increased the amount of fruit and veggies I eat daily. I have not had any caffinee or soda in 2 weeks all water, gatoraid, v8 and cranberry juice, i have not had any alcohol or beer either....yet I haven't noticed any kind of change in my weight, the way my clothes fit, or drop in inches.
(i'm 5'6'' 113lbs) what's the deal I dont get it?? I thought my clothes would at least fit a little bigger! Am i doing something wrong??
I'm not trying to lose a dramatic amount of weight just 5-10 pounds just be a little slimmer.
