Are my expectations too low or are the personal trainers too high?

I am the poster who lost 50 lbs within this past year, for my reward I went to a personal training session and when we sat down we worked on my goal setting.

First he did the math and apparently I am about 98 lbs of body fat and about 149 of human body. He said an expectable weightloss goal is not 85 lbs, but 75, which with the math puts me at an 17% body fat.

He thinks this can be done in the next year "easily"

I was putting my weightloss goal at my experience, about 50 a year, setting my goal in 2010.

So do you think I am setting my weightloss goals too low, not expecting my full potential, or is he setting the goal too high, expecting miracles?
