Keeping energy level high

I need some help figuring out why I am tired ALL of the time. Working out should help me keep my energy level higher, but it isn't working. (I am not overdoing it). I eat a really healthy diet, I don't do too much caffeine, just 1 cup of coffee or a couple of tea. I am getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night. I feel like I could lay my head down and fall asleep at any time of the day. Oh, and I am not depressed either.

Anybody have any idea of how to help me keep my energy level up?

What do I do? I asked the doctor and she said there is nothing I can do... but there has to be some natural techniques that will help. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!
