motivation to loose after baby... any ideas?

My son is now 9 months old. And I'm stuck! I'm on mat leave until April and cannot seem to find the motivation to make the necessary changes to loose weight. I feel terrible about myself (how I look and feel, not who I am).

Baby has had much trouble sleeping through the night and I am still up most nights with him at least once. I have asked my husband for more support but he seems unwilling. I've been very specific as to how he can help (ie: take care of baby now and then so I can have time to work out or rest) but he doesn't. It's like this.... as soon as baby sleeps I want to eat! and eat anything I can come up with. It's like a little private party. It's my time and I just want to sit around and eat. I know I should force myself to get up and work out but I'm tired and sore and cannot seem to get there. Then I try just making small changes, like "today I am going to make sure I drink all my water and I won't snack after dinner". It never happens! I'm desperate!

Any suggestions?
