Ultimate Goal!

I want to lose 50lbs total because I want to look and feel better. The extra weight is beginning to have an effect on my heath. But besides the obvious reasons for losing, what I really look forward to is looking awesome in jeans...no more bulge in the front where my belly hangs. I absolutely hate sitting down and having something sitting on my lap (that belly thing again).

With that said, I was wondering what others have as their ultimate goal.

My ultimate goal is to wear a bikini and to not feel at all self-conscious in it. I have a ways to go, but I'll get there :)

My ultimate goal is also to get rid of this unsightly belly flab. I want to feel confident that I look good in my clothes. I also want to make my healthy eating habits a change for life.

I'm basing my goals on inches right now because I have no idea what my lbs. are going to do and I want to approach weight loss this time without being tied so much to the scale!

I'd LOVE to be a size 8 or 6P by June 24th when I have a ballet solo and have to wear a tutu! So far I've been meeting my goals and am well on the way to being that size by June!

I'm not sure what size I'd like to eventually be but my calculations put me at a size 4P by 8/17. Since I'm a ballerina tiny is a good thing - these extra lbs. make it VERY difficult to dance in my toe shoes! The good news is that when I lose the weight I will still be STRONG from carrying around the extra pounds. Can't wait to see what it does for my sport!

My ultimate goal is to lose 15-20 lbs... which may not seem like a lot, but its the same weight I've been trying to lose for the last 3 years and I'm really determined to do it this time.

I want to look good in the clothes that I wear, to feel better about myself, be healthier, and most importantly... to lose this innertube of fat that i have around my hips!

My ultimate goal is to have all my cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, CRP, etc. numbers within the "good" range. I will be losing over 200 lbs over the next 3 years and I've got a great start with 38 lbs gone in these first 3 months. I know that I will look and feel great as I lose the weight and reach my goals but the thing I am most excited about is the inspiration I can be for others to lose their excess weight and get healthy.

My ultimate goal is to lose 107 pounds. I want to be able to concieve a child without doing it at my current weight which could pose very scary and avoidable risks to my pregnancy, birth, and child. I know that losing the weight won't stop anything bad from happening I just want to know that I am doing everything in my power to ensure a healthy and safe Child. Also, I want to be able to go horseback riding, which has a weight limit for the safety of the horse. I have wanted to learn to ride a horse since I was a little girl and I think it would be awesome to finally be able to live that dream.

I want to lose 35 lbs, that would put me in the normal BMI range (as opposed to obese, which is where I am now).

Yeh, that BMI bums me out too. I know I'm a cuddly woman, but geesh...when the label "obese" is thrown in, so much for the "glass-is-half-full" attitude...out with the cuddly, in with the OBESE! Yuck!

Obese

Did you know that almost half of the NBA players have a BMI in the obese range? It's true. Makes you look at that stupid BMI a little differently. It is ok to be overweight as long as it is muscle and not fat. So when you think if obese think of Shaq:o)

I want to be the first person in my family (immediate and extended) to reach a healthy weight and stay there.

I want to be the first person in my family to not need cholesterol medicine by the age of 50.

I want to look as beautiful as I feel.

I don't know, Shaq looks pretty fat to me...I think I'd rather think of me when I think of obese (much more attractive than Shaq).

Ultimately, though, I'd rather just not think of obese...

I want to return from Holland in the summer and have people comment on my healthful appearance...not on how much weight I've gained while abroad.

My ultimate goal is to maintain my weight until I decide to have kids (probably 6 years or so), and then to return to this weight afterwards and continue to maintain. Up until this year, I had gained every single year of my life; this year, I will record a loss of 8-10 lbs (not much, but a huge turn-around). I just want to stay here.

My ultimate goal

My ultimate goal is to weigh in the 130's (I'm at 178 now), and for my bodyfat % to at or under 20%. I want to have some definition in my abs and arms, and would love a SCULPTED back. I also want some definition in the front of my thighs, that line that runs from the knee to mid thigh, yummy.
At that point I think I'll look AMAZING in a bikini, so I'm workin' on it!
This is so great to remember when it's cold all I want to do is eat fats and sleep!

I have so many, I cannot name them all. But mostly, to be amazed and proud instead of embarrased and humiliated when I see a picture of myself. I'm tired of avoiding cameras, which I do even on family vacations or with my daughter. When I meet my goal, I'm hiring a photographer...!
