I found help for my not so happy mood

I wanted to tell everyone about something I've found to help boost my mood.

I have started taking St. John's wort. OK I DON'T SUFFER FROM DEPRESSION! But my thyroid medication makes me very agitated and cranky and I thought this would help. It has made a big difference for me. Right now I am only taking 1 pill a day, but I am going to bump it up to 2 a day now. And with all the BS in my life, this helps me get through the day, naturally.

I find I am more relaxed, happier, take things in a different stride. I get 5 hours of sleep each night and I know that plays a role in my mood, but I can't find time for me or sleep.

Being a mother (even being a woman who does everything), it's hard to admit that we need help sometimes. I didn't admit it, but found a natural way to help boost my mood.

I know this is a secret, touchy subject. It is for me. I don't want to be labeled with depression because I don't have depression. I feel overwhelmed, like most people today. So, I thought I would share my experience with other in hopes to help someone else out who might be going through the same thing.
