modified clean eating

looking for people who like the principles of clean eating, this way of eating is basically avoiding processed foods,hydrogenated fats and eating fresh or organic foods (yes they can be canned) fruits and veggies, lean proteins ( yes you can eat meat), whole grains, unsaturated fats such as olive oil. Clean eating emphasizes eating to fuel your body. this way of eating allows you to eat a lot, never feel hungry, it is based on a 6 meal structure, no calorie counting, potion size is roughly the size of one hand or two hands cupped and combining high protein and complex carbs. true clean eating is at this point a little restrictive for me, but i can see myself getting there slowly, sill enjoy a treat now and then,and though there are a lot of treat alternatives with clean eating i have not really found too many good dessert recipes. looking to share tips motivation and recipes! please join me!!
