I DID IT!!! 201 pounds released!!! thank you!!

for some reason my computer is being a pain and I cant post in my groups or teams.. its in my log, but wanted everyone to know because without all of you I don't know what I would have done to reach this part of my journey..

I weighed in today.. I was hoping for 170 that would have put me at 200 pounds released, but I surpassed it by a pound.. it read 169.. 201 pounds gone..


I still have 35 pounds left to go to reach my goal weight of 135. .. I will get there.. thank you all for the continued love and support.. you all rock and are so amazing!!

jackie, Hab, Joshua.. thank you so much for this site and all the learning and supportive materials you take the time to compile and share with us here.

my first part of my journey I was alone.. no one understood, but thanks to all of you and the rest of the admins here.. I have a safe haven to come to for support, love, the occasional kick in the ass when needed..

I am grateful to all of you!!
