Free WW App for Android phones

I found this Free Weight Watchers app on the Android Market. It's called WWDiary.

It was created by a man who joined WW with his wife.

It lets you enter your personal information, age, height, gender, weight. It then calculates your Daily Points (with your daily activity level).

You can enter your diet info and it calculates the points per item. You have to know your Calories, Fat, and Fiber when you enter this. But I found another free app Calorie Count that I can find this info (if I don't have the nutrition info with me) to enter it back in my WWDiary App.

You can enter your Activity and it calculates your Activity Points. It also has the 35 Weekly Points already figured in.

As you enter your eating/drinking items and your activities, it calculates everything out, including using your Activity Points and even Weekly Points. It will then start over for the next week with 0 AP and 35 WP. And when you update your weigh in information, as you drop weight, it'll recalculate and change your Daily Points as necessary!

It does the calculations for me and I always have my phone with me so it's very easy to keep it up!

I love that I found this. It's introduced me to Weight Watchers and I plan to see if this will help me on my weight loss goal over the holidays.
