Feeling stressed, no motivation, no support

Over the summer I was very good about a workout routine and eating healthy, but I just started medical school last week and I've been feeling really down.

The classes are really stressful (I've never felt so stupid before in my life) and I'm not adjusting socially as well as I expected. I have made a few friends who I sit with and eat lunch with, but no one I feel I can get close to. My boyfriend is 4 hours away. So I feel like I have no support here.

When I look at the mirror I feel like I'm getting a little thicker (I usually use the area under my chin as a marker because I have no scale!). I want to work out again but I feel like "studying" is always my excuse. I don't know how to get back on track and I have no one to help me!
