Cleansing diets

Anyone have any healthy, easy to follow, don't have to go to the health food store and buy a ton of stuff, information on a body cleansing diet?

Nothing is going to be w/o effort. Google Master Cleanse. It is a cleanse where you drink fresh made lemonade every day. Not too many ingredients to buy. The website might even been I do this twice a year. Its difficult but very rewarding.

Cleansing diet

Wow, I just found a journal that someone kept while doing the Lemonade cleansing diet! Not sure I'm up to 14 days of it at this point but thanks for the information. I think I'll see if I can find the book ("The Master Cleanse" by Stanley Burroughs) at my local used book store. I'll read it before deciding what to do.

This may be a version of the "Vitamin C Flush" where you take very elevated levels of Vitamin C in a short period of time. Supposed to detox you. This is a good evening activity if you are alone. I have tried it, you do get flushed out.

cleansing diet

OK, what are we really talking about here? I read packages on certain teas & diets, see this term and think am I going to have diarrhea for a week if I do this cleansing diet thing? And is there a cleaning diet that does not involve long periods of time in the bathroom? And how do you feel after? Does it just get rid of the bloat?

Some cold hard, stinky experience info would be appreciated.

Cleansing diet

Take a look at this journal that I found. This woman did the "Master Cleanse" for 14 days and she documents every little step along the way. It is just enough detail without being totally gross;

Try to get past (ignore) all her talk about lipsuction and other surgery related options for weight loss, unless that kind of stuff is of interest to you. It isn't for me. Anyway, I thought it was a very good depiction of what the cleanse is all about. Not sure I'm up to it, I'm still researching other methods.
