Where did this Belly Fat come from?
Anyone have any advice im experiencing a strange side effect from working out. Im 5'3 and I started at 137lbs, through almost perfect eating and exercising 6 days a week (mostly cardio) I lost 10 lbs between jan 1st and feb 20th. Then randomly I gained 3 lbs (im not unrealistic i know its stupid to get shook up over 3 lbs, the scale is never the best measurement of progress) so I measured myself and sure enough ive lost 3 inches off my chest, 3 inches of my hips, and a couple of my legs and arms and gained 4 inches around my abdomen. It flabby, my stomarch wasnt even flabby really to begin with, In the mornings when i wake up its like jello then through out the day I get really bloated and i look 5 months pregnant. (Why do i have MORE jiggly fat on my stomache now then I did to begin with. I swear my eating and excersicing has been great, I did add strength training a couple days a week which is what I figures the weight gain was to begin with my shouldnt I be looking more toned and droping inches not gaining mushy belly fat.
for the recod I NEVER had lots of belly fat to begin with ever... my tummy is currently fatter then its ever been in my entire life.... Any ideas?
