Lose Weight Before Spring Break!

Hi! I'm looking to lose weight before going on spring vacation in approximately seventeen days! I know it might seem impossible, but I really want to lose at least 10 pounds. I've been on a diet (watching food intake and exercising 5-6 days a week by running 2 miles), and I've lost about 7 pounds. I feel like I am toning up, but hit a plateau (I've been running 2 miles/day for 1.5 yrs now). I've started going to spinning classes to mix up my workout, but I am not sure what else to do. I am debating starting Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. Does anyone have any good advice, or tips? One of the things I need to improve on is drinking more water! I always forget. Any advice would be great! Maybe someone else is in the same boat as me! Thanks!
