Cardio ideas for injured knee/hamstring?

Hi,

I've injured my knee and hamstring. The doctor has asked me to rest my leg for a good 3 months.

But just 2 weeks into my rest, I've already gained a huge amount of flab, regardless of my usual strength training and reduced calorie intake. In fact, I've put on inches that took me several months of consistent work to lose.

I usually use cardio to control my weight/fat. But now that I'm unable to do cardio because of my leg (not even swimming, apparently), I'm fearful for my health 3 months later.

Can someone give me some cardio ideas that do not require me to use my legs? Or what else should I do to maintain my health/stamina/weight?
