I fell off the wagon....twice over the weekend

Hi everyone,
I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips for me, because I am so frustrated and really need to stop this.

I get to Friday night - I have eaten so well all week, and feel so good - and then I just let go of everything by eating a ton of chocolate. On Saturday I go back to my exercise routine, eating lots of leafy greens and eating well, and by Sunday night I am back at the supermarket buying chocolate again. I'm OK for the rest of the week.

I know this is a habit, and a response to holding everything together for the rest of the week. I just wondered if others have had a similar experience, and how they got around it? I am undoing all the good work I have done all week, and I am so mad at myself. Thanks!
