Motivation to do your cardio or your workout!

I really need to do my cardio tonight. I keep making excuses. I've been doing yoga and weight-training so I'm very sore so moving my body doesn't sound so fun. I know some of you others are too tired, too busy, everyone needs a piece of you, you just don't have any energy or any desire to go put forth the effort, just like I don't, as I sit here on my fat butt, looking down at my fat belly. But I'm going to go do my cardio to the best of my ability. Why? Here are some motivating/encouraging quotes collected from the internet. Hope they inspire you to quit spending your energy making excuses and start spending your energy getting healthy and doing those things that make you feel awesome about yourself, not disappointed with yourself!

Because anyone can do anything for 5 minutes (if I do five minutes I'll likely do more once I'm started).

"Knowledge without action is useless"

There are no shortcuts to any place worth going."
- Beverly Sills

"You only ever grow as a human being if you're outside your comfort zone."
Continuous effort -- not strength or intelligence -- is the key to unlocking our potential."
- Liane Cardes

"Obstacles are those frightening things that become visiblewhen we take our eyes off our goals."
- Henry Ford

Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why I can.

First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.

The time for action is now. It's never too late to do something.
Antoine de Saint-Exupery

Dreams pass into the reality of action. From the actions stems the dream again; and this interdependence produces the highest form of living.
Anais Nin

Everything you want is out there waiting for you to ask. Everything you want also wants you. But you have to take action to get it.
- Jack Canfield

I will win; if I cannot win, I shall be second; if I cannot be second, I shall be third; if I cannot place at all, I shall still do my best." - Ken Doherty

The road to success is dotted with many tempting parking places.
