Pushups

I'm a guy trying to get in shape. I started out just eating better-- and I lost 10 pounds. Now I want to keep the weight I am at, but get fit. I don't go the gym, I walk with my wife.

But I have started to do pushups-- 100 a day using dumbells as support for my hands and to get a slight dip. And its working great, I a gaining muslce around my shoulders and chest. This only takes 15 minutes a day for me. Sounds simple but I wanted to share because it is working so well.
