Killer arm workout

Any good exercises people like for their arms and upper body? I find that with all of the walking and running i do i have a great lower body and it is much harder to keep my upperbody in check. One thing i love to do is the "chair dips" where you have the chair (or exercise ball) behind you, have your hands on the chair (or ball), feet on the ground, and do some backwards dips. Any other suggestions?
