2-3 pounds a week - to much?

My weight loss plan currently consists of eating about 6 times a day.

breakfast approx. 100 cal - extremely low fat
mid morning snack approx.100 - extremely low fat
lunch 300 - 400 cal - mid fat
afternoon snack approx. 100 cal - extremely low fat
Dinner - Whatever I want - no calorie counting - but in a moderate portion
Evening snack - approx. 100 cal - extremely low fat
All day...plenty water.
I've also gone from an average 3-4 alcoholic drinks a day to 3-4 drinks a week

I've been doing this for about two weeks and have consistantly lost a tad over 2 lbs a week. As far as excercise I've just been making it a point to take the stairs much more often and park further away than usual.

I was hoping to lose 1-2 lbs a week (I always hear that is best). But I seem to be losing a little more. Should I up my calories to slow down? Or go with the flow? I'm thinking it may just be due to my major reduction in alcohol and may slow down on it's own.

My starting weight was about 157.
