Need some help! Please Read!

I have decided to go semi vegetarian for the next year or so and I am looking for some suggestions for protien. I know that beans are a good source but are there any beans that are a better source than the others? I have narrowed my diet down to a bowl of high fiber cereal in the morning for breakfast or a piece of whole wheat toast with a little butter and one egg. For lunch, I will be eating fruit and or veggies. For a snack, I am going to have almonds or fiber wafers, and for dinners, I will be eating a ton of steamed veggies, beans and salads. I will drink 64 or more oz of water per day and I am going to use Conjugated Linoleic Acid and Flaxseed oil to supplement. I plan on seasoning my veggies with onions and garlic and probably a lot of hot sauce. This along with a regular work out schedule should have me right where I want to be just around July 4th 2006. I welcome any and all comments and advice about the protien and beans issue. Thanks to all and good luck in your endeavors! Pat
