full= fat
I'm worried, all this dieting has made me associate feeling full with feeling fat. I know thats wrong...
I dont know about you guys but I have the kind of build where you can see when my stomach is full and when it is empty...my rib cage is weird I think... and my stomach is my biggest part, so when its full I feel like its fat again and all my efforts are out the window.
today I ate an atkins bar, an apple and peanut butter and and a grilled chicken wrap...and I feel like I've done something wrong because I just finished the wrap and I feel really full. How can I get rid of these ridiculous thoughts? They make dieting so hard. I know this is a bit naive... I'm not stupid and I'm not new to this dieting thing...I just need a little support.
