The smaller I get the less I burn?
So the more weight I lose, the less I weigh, the less calories I burn doing everyday activities?
I used my online calorieburn calculator and if I walked 4 miles in an hour( like I did today and was very proud of!! :( ) I'd only burn 200 calories. walking up to the 10th floor of my office only burns 100 calories. My hour pilates class burns me about 125...and the treadmill for an 40 minutes at 6mph is about 200. I dont have the time to walk 4 miles every day , and I'm just getting in shape enough to run 6mph on the treadmill....But not for 40 minutes straight yet! how can I still get an extra burn without having the extra time? I wish I could put all my time and effort into weightloss but I have a job and I'm in school and I have everyday responsibilities.I'm burning less so I need to be doing more...but I dont have more time in my day, its hard enough to squeeze one of these things in every day. I dont mean to whine...I just dont want to get stuck in a rut. would more weight training be a good solution even if it means sacrificing some of my cardio time? I have 40 minutes every day. what would you do?
