Good lunch idea!

It is not the healthiest thing on this earth,
but reward yourself today!! Try it! Tortilla shells with melted cheese in it [like the kind at the mexican restraunts] 3 is filling, and its not very much!
its not extremly un healthy either!

I love to make a filling of 1 part lean turkey meat and 3 parts chopped veggies (zuchinni, yllw squash, peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc) and chicken fajita seasoning. 6 tortilla chips with this and a little bit of LF melted cheese and lots of salsa and/or chopped tomatoes and lettuce is very filling and has 2-3 servings of veggies without your even really being aware of it. My 'healthier' version of nachos. I go with the best chips I can find (baked instead of fried), but the chips are the only real kicker in this recipe unless you pile on the unhealthy toppings.
