I love deli sliced roast beef rare, I eat it plain without condiments or bread... but what is a serving size?

You should probably check the package that the meat comes in. It should have this info.

PP here. I just realized that you must mean the meat you get from the deli part of the store and maybe the nutrition info isn't on it. In that case, you might look at some of the pre-packaged roast beef to get an idea of a serving size and how many calories per serving. Based on calorie king (linked below) it looks like maybe 100 calories per 2 ounces.

In my own desktop calorie software, "Beef, roast (lunch meat)" is listed as 1 ounce at 50 calories, so, looking at the link you have provided, I would guess that, since the calories given is 110 calories, that the serving size being used is 2 ounces.
The rough rule of thumb is that *three* ounces of meat looks like a pack of playing cards, so you might try to estimate 2 ounces as 2/3 of a pack of playing cards.
If the playing cards estimation is not helpful, you might buy a small food scale or postage scale, weigh the amount you usually eat, and then you'll know how much you are eating on a typical day.
