new workouts for free

For those with comcast cable, exercise tv is offering free workouts on demand to digital customers (can also view online). There is everything from pilates to kickboxing-will soon even have workouts for kids. It is the creation of Jake Steinfeld (body by Jake and originator of fittv) so the quality should be good.

This is really cool! Thanks for posting it. Glad that comcast is helping people at least get off the couch when glued to the tube!

I think TimeWarner is doing something similar...I found a whole section of workouts in the free on-demand section. I haven't tried any, but they might be fun, or at least a good way to get in a workout when you can't go out or get to the gym.

I tried one of these today and they were much shorter than my usual workouts, but it's nice to have something different to add to my usual workout DVD.

Can anyone get these off the internet, or do you have to have comcast?

free on internest

anyne can view these workouts online. I don't see why you couldn't burn them via computer or dvd-r. It wouldn't be any different than recording shows on video.

I've been using this...

And I LOVE it! Some of them are short, but then I just do a few. I especially love the dance ones. They are fun, but make you sweat your butt off.
