How about a team so it can be more than 4 people? I do like the idea of keeping it private and having the rules posted from above:

Can someone with the know-how set up a team, but make it private after a reasonable number of people join? I really like the accountability of this challenge and Thursday weigh-in's sound perfect for me. How about you?
