Tired Skin

Hi everyone,

I have a beauty/health question. My skin looks tired. I am 37 years old, so I do not expect to look 23, but at least a little more vibrant would be nice!

I have given up coffee, smoking, and booze. I am trying to up the water intake. I use toner after washing with a mild cleanser. I moisterize. I get more sleep.

Should I be eating something different? Should I exfoliate? If so, does anyone have any affordable home remedies? Or good products. To be honest, I am soooo tired of dropping so much cash on beauty products.

Maybe its in my genes and thats it? Maybe its the winter blues? (I live in a cold limate)

Any advice to brighten and give my skin a little glow would be so appreciated!
