Getting over certain kinds of foods.

In the past year or so, I've managed to make myself not crave a number of foods. For example I don't eat white bread any more after choosing wheat over and over again, I've managed to never want more than one or two chips by eating fewer and fewer each time, I don't drink soda any more etc etc. The one weakness I have now is ice cream. For some reason no matter how hard I try, I can't turn myself off of this. I've tried visualizing it with nasty things, pressing my fingers together, but I just can't stop! And when I eat it, I just keep eating and eating. What are some ways that you guys have made certain foods less appealing?
