Help I cant control myself

i have been overeating for the last 5 days, not anything crazy though just like 2000-2500 cals per day vs my norm of 1800, i cant stop myself i am just so hungry like all the time, i hope that this doesnt sabotage my weight, i am trying to get it under control, but all i can think about is eating. I am 5'5 110 lbs, I workout 6 days a week, 1 1/2 per day moderate to intense, 1 day light cardio and weights, so hopefully i will burn some of this off cause i am in maintenence mode and i dont want gain back. I know i am eating too much when i do it, but i am just so hungry, I think anyway. Is this going to make me gain? cause the scale is seriously flux everyday up 2 down 2 up 2 down 2 over and over. I have mainly been eating stuff i dont normally eat too like peanut butter sandwiches with banana and corn flakes(lots of this) I dont know why this is happening, i just want to eat this stuff , it seems like my body is craving it !!!! and pb is really high cal but i measure it so i dont eat too much. but like last night i had 2 pb sandwiches before bed , uggh. how long can i continue this i know i will start to gain but some parts of me doesn't care!!! i just wanna eat! Help , what should i do , should i just workout double so i can eat this stuff? I guess i am venting a little here, but i just need to let it out, i guess i am tired if the same old routine of things and just want to forget about all the calorie counting and watching the scale, i just want to workout and eat and not have to think about it!!! Am i crazy ? Should i just continue and see what happens, how do i break this!!!!
