hey i need some good words..

hey im on a 1200 cal diet...for a week now..and doing a solid 1 hr of cardio...
i guess i know its too early to see a drastic change..but i guess i just dont believe i can lose the weight even thos im workin hard with diet and excercise...what if it just never comes off? i dont even want to check my weight cuz i will get discourage...but i take a pic of my body every week and see it getting slimmer...but i guess im just scared what if im sacrificing doing this and get no results? is it impossible not to get results? i totally did a change of diet .. i dropped all fast food..except subway...i eat turkey chicken...and lots of veggies..no cheese..not salt...totally low cal foods...how long until i see something? my bf.. eats whatever he wants..burgers..chips..and everything...excercises 20 mins of cardio 5 days a week and loses weight!!! how come i eat 1200 cals...healthy food..do 1hr of cardio 7 days a week and i cant really see much change??? i even wear plastic bags under my clothes to burn more weight..and when im done i am soaking wet..but idk how come i notice his changes and not mine?
