What/How to eat so you "go" after every meal?

Babies do it. I think all humans are meant to eliminate after each meal.

For most people, at least 10 of their extra pounds is stuck in their intestines (gross). Some people are carrying around 20 or more pounds of compacted waste.

What's the best way to eat so your body operates the best? Getting all the vitamins & minerals out of the food & eliminating the rest before the next meal?

And please -- I don't want to hear about drugs or supplements (no Alli or tea ads). Just good food combinations that help you get more regular and more healthy.
