Bikram Yoga the miracle worker

This is to all you out there who suffer from post workout pains, lower back pain, knee and joint pain, emotional pain; Bikram yoga can truly help you! I started about 4 months ago, I was seeing a sport masseuse and chiropractor for back pain. I was an avid runner but often had to cut my workout short because of knee pain. Well I started Bikram yoga and not only has my back pain and knee pain completely disapeared but I also have a new sense of emotional calmness and vibrance. It makes your more flexible and strong, its great for weightloss. And although it is super challenging (anyone who scoffs at yoga hasnt done it in a 45 degree room!) anyone of any fitness can start. Its amazing for your internal organs and flushing out toxins!
Has anyone else experienced hot yoga?!
