Sadly, I think there are some people here with too much time on their hands and who enjoy putting others down. But we know what that stems from - their own insecurities, I promise you. Hang in there, most of us are really nice! If you don't like someone in your group, find another group. I've done that and I'm glad I did.

The "support" was the main reason I joined peertrainer. I need someone to give me that kick in the rear to keep me motivated. I also need someone to keep me accountable for my eating habits so I stay on track. I think this support system is great. But you know what they say "every bushel has a bad apple somewhere" :o)

Some people just want to be listened to, not lectured to. Most people know they need to eat more veggies, less high fat and sugar foods. Just ask, do you want advice or do you just want to be listened to?
