25-35 lbs

I am starting this group to motivate myself to lose 25-35 lbs. I plan to do this by walking at least three miles everyother day and by cutting my calorie intake back by at least 500 per day. Anyone interested in joining me on this personal goal of mine is encouraged to do so. I am 32 years old, 5'11" and weigh around 220. If I got my weight down to 185" I would be very happy with myself. If I did the math right I should loose 2 lbs per week. I am taking in about 3300 calories a day. If I cut back to 2700 calories a day that is 1 lb off a week. If I excercise by walking everyother day and lifting dumbells everyother day I can expect another lb a week. Hopefuly in 15 weeks I will be 30 lbs lighter and feel much better about myself.
