Not giving up

Ok I've seen threads in here about people losing interest and thinking of quiting.
What makes you all NOT QUIT. When all the healthy eating and exercise and logging just doesn't seem to be doing anything. When the number on the scale won't move. When your waist doesn't shrink. When you want to fall off the wagon and binge on a bag of dorritos. What keeps you going and working and trying so that maybe you will see results next week or the week after?
