Loosing hope.....

I have lost 22lbs since April 2008 and have kept off the weight until recently I can't seem to control my late night eating (from 6 to 8pm) It's very difficult for me to stick to a regimen since I work in an office where people do not understand that my weight fluctuates a lot, and I have to really watch what I eat. I seem to always be good through out the day but come the evening when it is time for me to go home I eat at home food or junkfood that normally I would not eat during the day. Even though my stomach is full and I'm no longer hungry I continue to eat. I want to control my binging but it seems its a loosing battle.

Anyways, in the last week or so I put on 7lbs!!! I'm horrified at this and terribly depressed! Back in april I weighed 167 and since then have dropped down to 145, BUT like I mentioned earlier I put on these extra pounds due to late night binging that is uncontrolable. I'm 5'6 and according to my frame I should weigh from 135 to 155; somehow 135 seems a million years away.I feel so guilty after I finish eating and I want to make up for it by working out, but I know it won't do much after eating so much.I want to control my eating and not go back to my original weight but it seems so difficult lately. I also suffer form PCOS and I know I must control my sugar intake and control my portions, but it seems very difficult to adapt it as a lifestyle vs a diet. Now with the winter season approaching I find it harder to wake up earlier to go running or workout. Any ideas or comments would be highly appreciated..... Dawn
