Totally OT but need some advice and ideas-lazy nanny

We hired a live in nanny to help care for our kids, a newborn and a 3 year old (very active little guy). My husband and I are very active, we enjoy golfing, running, cycling, yoga, the works. Well when we hired our nanny, through the enterview process we were lead to believe that she too enjoys a healthy active lifestyle. Turns out she is the complete opposite. She doesn't care too much about proper nutrition or portion control and is sedentary, which leads me to believe that when she is caring for our little ones, she is pretty much the same way. My son is hardly ever tired enough to take a nap, has way too many snacks during the day and doesn't eat square meals. I have discussed the importance of proper nutrtion for my kids and keeping him physically active (not 100% of the time-but you know what I mean).

Where do I start? I love the fact that she is good with the kids, organized, clean, keeps them safe and I know she isn't hurting them. My concern is she's not practicing what my husband and I practice with our kids.

Help. Please :)
