My own little world :-)

I've been using PT for almost six months now and I tried joining groups with different interests and then teams but I've actually found them more of a hindrance than a help. It seems like I'm always on the computer checking in and updating and not actually concentrating enough on my own weight loss battle. So I am now all alone in my own little private group with only myself for company, I use it more like a diary than anything else... I can concentrate on my weight loss and my moods, good days and bad days and it seems to have helped more than being in a team or group.. but I still often read the community topics.

Is there anyone else who uses PT like a diary rather than joining groups and teams? just curious..
