Social Anxiety

Do any of you guys have social anxiety? I pretty much have had it my entire life (I'm in my early 20s). I knew I suffered from terrible shyness but I didn't know I had it until a few years ago when I went to counseling for another issue. It's still a big problem for me...but getting better over the course of my life...very slowly. For example, tonight I did a presentation for my class, and I got self conscious so I began blushing. Then, I was embarrassed by my blushing that I got even more red. I felt like an idiot and I'm still beating myself up over it...and probably will continue to for the next few days and then I'll worry about how others perceive me when I got back to the class again.

I also worry that everyone is judging me...that people don't want to be friends with me or have anything to do with me because they'll think I'm boring...and the list goes on.

Anyone here have it? Just looking for stories to help make me feel like I'm not alone and if and how they have gotten past it.
