Maintaining is hard!

I've struggled with my weight ever since I was a teenager ('m now 27); I've never been obese, but my weight has yo-yo'd between 115 and 145lbs over the years. I seem to be keeping it more stable now, with running, exercise DVDs, and calorie counting. The problem is, now that I'm at my goal weight (about 115lbs), I'm finding it harder to watch what I eat. I don't have the motivation and willpower to say "no" to a 2nd helping or another chocolate bar, because I'm not "fat" anymore. I often go over my daily calorie allowance (1800-2000), and I know that if I keep doing that, I'm going to put weight back on. But I hate the idea that I have to deprive myself *forever* just to maintain my ideal weight. I wish I could relax about it, eat what I like (in moderation), and not have to obsess over it. Does anyone else have the same problem? How can I stop thoughts of food and exercise, calorie checks and balances, from taking over my life??
