Why am I not losing weight? What am I doing wrong?

I'm 17 years old, 5'6 and I weigh about 185 lbs. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I spend an hour or two swimming on most days, but when I'm on my period, I'm on the treadmill for about an hour.

I've always been OK with how my body is (I wouldn't mind losing a few pounds and toning up, flatten my stomach, etc.), but my family keeps pushing me to have a smaller frame or to lose 50-60 lbs. It's ridiculous but it's more of a culture thing for Chinese women to be smaller.

One huge problem for me is the food I eat. I don't know what foods to avoid or what I should eat daily. I'm usually not a picky eater, but I don't like yogurt or any "pudding-like" kinds of food, really dry tasting chicken, and select fruits/vegetables (namely avocados and papayas). My diet is probably the only thing I haven't changed. I drink a bottle of coke probably 3 times a week, but besides that, I don't eat much junk food.

I think I just need to hear what others have to say and what I'm doing wrong, along with a little bit of motivation because I'm known to lose hope, give up, stop trying, etc.
