Health and Beauty Tip

I think as people are on the road to losing weight it is good to remind oneself that there is a nice healthy weight to attain, and then, there is underweight.
Some curves are natural if you are a woman. A boney ass and stick arms and legs are not necessarily more attractive on all people (maybe on some who have this natural build). I have seen people who were losing weight get to a lovely shape and then ruin it by going too far. They go from cute and sexy and healthy to sick-looking and scrawny. Be realistic. A body is meant to have some padding here and there. But of course feel free to make your body any shape you want. This is just a reminder that skinnier and skinnier isn't always better past a point. Sometimes on here I read that some tall person wants to be this really low weight. Sometimes it sounds a little too far. There is a point where arriving and maintaining is the best and most attractive choice, and a goal that may be just as important and challenging as dieting to arrive at a the goal weight. Maintaining a healthy weight deserves rewards and is a constant challenge!
