Are you truly in it for the long haul?

I have created a private team for individuals that are truly in it for the long haul and give it their 100%.

In order to be invited, you must be able to prove that you are indeed committed to this 100%. Before asking to be invited, you must have logged everything daily (food and exercise) for at least 21 consecutive days (and yes, this includes the weekends too). In order for this to be verified, you must have a public log.

- No fad diets or quick fixes. If you have unreal expectations, please don't bother asking to be invited.

- You must be willing to provide and accept feedback from fellow team-members.

If you would like to be invited, please provide your username and make sure that your log is public.
